Job summary

Holland Roofing in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a small crew while performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs. This hands-on role balances field leadership with hands-on work.

You will diagnose leaks on EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal, train 1–2 crew members, document conditions, manage on-call rotations, and ensure OSHA compliance. Competitive pay based on experience and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).
• Prior Service Foreman or Lead Service Technician experience preferred.
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.
• Experience working on multiple roofing systems, including metal.
• Comfortable working on low-slope and pitched roofs.

Holland Roofing is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing service, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to make decisions in the field while representing Holland Roofing professionally.

Salary: $ 40 to $50 per hour. based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support our Minnesota RMM (Service) division .

This is a hands-on service role , leading a small crew (1–2 people) while personally performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs. This is not a production-only role and is not a training position .
