Job summary

Drm-Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator to support our service department. You will manage work orders, equipment records, and maintenance programs to keep operations efficient.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and accuracy across multiple priorities in a busy shop environment. Full-time, on-site position with regular interaction with drivers, shop personnel, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in service, fleet, trucking, construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close work orders with accurate labor, mileage, hours, parts, and charges posted.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams about repair status, service needs, and costs.
• Set up and maintain machine profiles, equipment records, and asset information.
• Coordinate oil sampling programs, scheduling, documentation, and sample shipping.
