Hoist & Crane Service Group in Alexander, AR, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead field operations and profitability. The role coordinates with planners on scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and accounting to ensure branch performance and safety compliance.

The candidate will bring 5+ years of field or industrial experience, supervisory or management background, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial experience, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and profitability.
• Schedule, maintain job costs, procurement, and accounting functions.
• Assess financial impacts of field ops on branch performance.
• Oversee Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting duties with Branch Manager.
• Assist field operations with troubleshooting, tooling, and part availability.
