The most frequent and first line contact with our customers, it is imperative that our Express Team be customer centric and work collaboratively with the Sales, Service and Parts Departments.The ideal Express Writer is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team while also communicating with the Express Team on repairs and maintaining contact with customers for updates.They should be a good communicator, both in person and able to write effectively in email communicationsOur company uses many different technologies and our Express Writers are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel and Outlook) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.EOE
