Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in California is seeking an Express Technician to perform tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and quick fluid changes in our Express Lane. We will pay for additional automotive certification training toward Certified and Master Certified status.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, can work in a fast-paced team, and delivers world-class customer service with professional appearance and communication skills. Automotive repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and shop efficiency through inventory stocking and general tasks.
• Follows shop policy, safety and environmental rules.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description

If you're highly motivated and willing to work hard, we offer the most competitive pay scale in a professional work environment. We will pay for additional automotive certification training and requirements for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.

The Express Technician services vehicles following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids in a quick and efficient manner for customers in our Express Lane.

He or she checks the oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate may have experience or a willingness to learn. Some automotive training and/or experience with automotive repair a plus.

An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
