Job summary

Webb Automotive Group in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a Service Advisor- Full Time to deliver exceptional service, accurately assess vehicle needs, and coordinate technician workflow for a seamless customer experience.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and provide detailed estimates; ensure invoices align with work performed, and maintain a positive, team-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and understand manufacturer warranty guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the service lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information, and accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs.
• Ensure final invoices align with completed work and explain all warranty, services, and charges to customers.
• Establish clear follow-up timelines with customers.
• Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, in person and via phone, to ensure thorough and professional handling of all concerns.
• Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity.
• Ensure technician time is consistently utilized.
• Send digital multi-point inspections for customers to review, in addition to printing physical copies.
• Collect payments from responsible parties for all repairs.
• Facilitate a positive customer experience by completing additional tasks as needed.
