Job summary

CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO in Brunswick, ME is seeking an Analyst-Service Coordinator to monitor, coordinate and support all customer service requests and to ensure delivery of superior service and achievement of company goals.

You will manage the workflow of new service installations, service upgrades and appointment scheduling and collaborate with the Integrated Planning and Scheduling group to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3+ years relevant experience or high school/GED with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in electric operations or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SAP Work Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of policies related to the new service process and serves as liaison between the Service Center and Customer Contact Center.
• Interacts with contractors, electricians, customers, and others regarding the new service process and monitors the Customer Service Guarantee and appointment process.
• Takes the lead role for electric operations for MPUC disputes and inquiries.
• Collaborates with Energy Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor and Line Supervisor on service-related issues.
• Strives to deliver the level of customer service expected by contractors and customers.
• Participates in emergency storm restoration efforts.
• Works to enhance policy communications to contractors.
