Job summary

CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO in Brunswick, ME seeks a Customer Service/Service Coordination professional to monitor, coordinate, and support all customer service requests. You will ensure delivery of superior service and manage workflow for new service installations, upgrades, and appointment scheduling with the Integrated Planning and Scheduling group.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3+ years relevant experience or HS/GED with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in electric operations or customer service preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP Work Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of company policies related to new service process.
• Acts as liaison between Service Center and Customer Contact Center to improve communication.
• Interacts with internal and external customers including contractors and electricians.
• Monitors the Customer Service Guarantee and Appointment process to remove barriers.
• Leads electric operations for MPUC disputes and inquiries.
• Collaborates with Energy Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor and Line Supervisor on service issues.
• Delivers high level of customer service to contractors and customers.
• Participates in emergency storm restoration efforts.
• Works to improve policy communication to contractors.
