Job summary

You will greet customers, confirm details, review repair orders, provide updates, and coordinate parts and appointments while collaborating with Sales, Parts, and Warranty teams.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Champion: greet customers in person, by phone, or email; provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Appointment Coordination: schedule appointments, write service estimates, pre-order parts, confirm warranty coverage.
• Daily Department Operations: open/close service department, manage schedule, monitor open ROs, handle payments, generate reports.
• Technician Workflow Management: assist in assigning jobs and coordinating updates.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: work with Sales, F&I, Parts, and Warranty teams.
