Qualifications

Position Summary

The Service Excellence Advocate enhances customer experiences by resolving inquiries, providing medication guidance, and driving improvements through feedback. This role supports our mission to expand access to affordable, quality medications.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver positive customer experiences via phone and email by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
  2. Assist customers in understanding prescriptions and medication regimens, including storage, administration, and compounded medication info.
  3. Collect and document customer feedback through surveys, comment cards, and interactions, sharing insights with the Team Leader.
  4. Collaborate with team members and pharmacy staff to ensure seamless customer experience and communicate updates.
  5. Participate in service improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement based on feedback.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Requires talking and hearing; ability to remain stationary for long periods; use hands and fingers for input; move around the office; stand, walk, reach, climb, or stoop as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in handling inquiries, managing data systems, knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer focus, process optimization, collaboration, resourcefulness, problem management, accountability, adaptability, and effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience preferred.
