JOB SUMMARY

Data Integrity Advocate (Provider Data Verification Advocate)

Outbound Call Center - $17.00/hour

Remote positions available

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to contracted network providers to verify and update demographic and network information.
• Handling up to twenty different campaign types monthly, each with unique data challenges.
• Managing multiple providers and locations, processing 20-40 data points per provider with accuracy.
• Using research tools to validate provider data when direct contact isn't possible.
• Documenting interactions clearly and updating data accurately across systems.
• Meeting performance metrics related to attendance, quality, productivity, and data integrity.
• Adapting to various campaign types using resources like a knowledge base and subject matter experts.
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating across departments and serving as a liaison for inquiries and operational issues.

COMPENSATION
