Job summary

Timken invites graduates to join the Service Engineering Development Program at our North Canton, Ohio headquarters. You will engage in a comprehensive six-month training, becoming the technical expert to solve customer problems and support internal and external teams.

Upon completion, you will be placed in a regional office, collaborating with sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to identify needs and provide hands-on solutions. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• College graduate (December 2026 – May 2027).
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree.
• Engineering internships/co-op preferred.
• Leadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities.
• Ability to relocate.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and product support to internal and external customers hands-on.
• Participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program based at our Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, OH.
• After training, placement into regional offices or territories with Timken teams such as sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering.
