Qualifications

• College graduate by May 2027.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or above.
• Engineering internships/co-ops preferred.
• Relocate to Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal and external customer needs by developing analytical models for customers.
• Application modeling by studies and analysis for bearing applications and customer proposals.
• Identify solutions by selecting bearings and components; lead new product development projects.
• Compare manufacturability and cost; present solutions to customers.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance during product cycles; travel may be required.
