Position

Service Engineer III – advanced‑level, independently capable field and workshop technician responsible for complex maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting, and repair work on industrial turbochargers. The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards, strong customer‑facing professionalism and serves as a mentor for junior engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced disassembly, inspection, balancing, repair, and reassembly of industrial turbochargers
  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and failure analysis
  • Execute field service work at customer sites and provide remote support as needed
  • Prepare accurate service reports, failure findings, and documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and ISO/AIMS standards
  • Provide support and mentoring to Service Engineer I & II team members
  • Maintain strong customer communication and identify potential service opportunities
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
  • Work comfortably around industrial machinery, heat, and noise
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
  • 6+ years of turbocharger or rotating equipment service experience
  • Proven ability to independently complete field service jobs
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and balancing skills
  • Knowledge of RCA, NDT, and failure reporting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments
