Job summary

AVL North America is seeking a Service Engineer I to support installation, configuration, maintenance and calibration of AVL hardware and software systems for automotive customers. You will work on-site at customer facilities and collaborate with the AVL team to ensure peak performance of test equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent) and related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and company representative for customers.
• Install, configure, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot AVL hardware/software.
• Prepare service reports and ensure AVL specifications are met.
• Assist in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
