Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years in related field.
• 2 years’ experience with test automation equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate AVL hardware and software at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair products to AVL specifications.
• Provide timely service reports and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations up to 75% as required.
• Interact with customers professionally and capture feedback for improvements.
• Support onboarding and training to customers and internal staff.
