Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Engineer for White River Marine Group in Alabama. You will work closely with internal design and engineering teams to develop processes, procedures and documentation for effective diagnosis and servicing of our products.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in engineering or mechanical service, strong mechanical skills, and excellent communication. The role requires teamwork, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 3–5 years in engineering or mechanical service.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop service procedures and training to fix products on first visit.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering to ensure serviceability.
• Lead repair time studies and contribute to labor times.
• Provide technical support to dealers and internal teams.
• Assist warranty and compliance with service bulletins and recalls.
• Other duties as assigned.
