Job description

Formal training in Industrial Hydraulics, service & maintenance of hydraulics products like valves, motors, cylinders, pumps, etc. will be provided at the Bosch Rexroth plant.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at various client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any technical issues at the customer plant / machinery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
• Travel frequently to different client sites within Jharkhand & Bihar to provide service support.
• Since the job involves travel to different client sites for service, the candidate can be based in any city / state in the eastern part of India - Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Orissa, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Hydraulics / prior experience in service & repair of Industrial hydraulic parts / components / machinery - will be an added advantage.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical / machinery / industrial hydraulics troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service.
• Experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
