The Service Engineer will develop an understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. You will learn the basics of the business and be responsible for designing, producing, testing, troubleshooting, and installing our equipment. The Service Engineer will communicate directly with customers to gather data directly from the field to continuously improve our products and our customers’ experience.
This position requires frequent travel both local and national
Install and commission equipment in the field
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Create product improvements based on customer feedback
Design mechanical and electrical systems and work on improvements to current systems
Assemble to prints and bill of materials
Providing live technical support via phone and email
Perform related duties as required

High school diploma or equivalent GED
Valid driver’s license
Customer service and listening skills
Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems
Candidates should demonstrate an eagerness to learn and interest in how systems operate.
They should be able to diagnose failures and identify root causes.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Candidates should also possess the ability to understand drawings and schematics.

Strong hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
