MP Systems in Enfield, CT is seeking a Project Manager to oversee engineering projects, including new product development, improvement, and lifecycle management. You will set goals, define timelines, milestones, and monitor daily tasks with the team.

You will identify roadblocks, facilitate solutions, and establish procedures and tracking to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this role.

Summary of Responsibility:

The Project Manager will oversee engineering projects including new product development, product improvement, and product lifecycle. They will outline project goals and deliverables, creating realistic timelines, set milestones and monitor daily tasks. The Project Manager will be responsible for recognizing road blocks and assist in facilitating solutions.
