  • Planning and managing team workload to meet sales and service goals

Typical Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations.
  • Support team onboarding, training, and development to close skill gaps.
  • Use sales data and guest insights to plan daily/weekly tasks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Promote Target Loyalty Programs and educate team members about benefits.
  • Conduct development conversations, recognize team achievements, and manage performance.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and support team members in resolving issues.
  • Ensure team is informed about promotions and store events.
  • Participate in hiring, schedule management, and support digital order fulfillment.
  • Uphold safety, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old
  • Retail experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures
