The pay range per hour is $21.00 - $35.70.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some cases, education, work experience, and certifications. ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring exceptional quality.

The role of a Service and Engagement Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience in:

  • Guest service fundamentals, experience building a guest-first team culture, and driving loyalty programs
  • Guest engagement, problem solving, and resolution
  • Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions strategies
  • Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
  • Leading a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent

As a Service and Engagement Team Leader, your typical day will include responsibilities such as:

  • Demonstrating inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
  • Leading a team of passionate Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations, reduce wait times, and maintain standards.
  • Leading and demonstrating a culture of executing best practices, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Understanding sales goals, business reporting, and guest insights to plan and execute daily/weekly workloads.
  • Supporting Target Loyalty Programs to educate and promote benefits and offerings.
  • Supporting your leader with training, understanding, and continuous education.
  • Engaging in development conversations and recognizing team members.
  • Leading a culture of accountability and performance management.
  • Responding quickly to guest concerns and ensuring team support.
  • Ensuring team members stay updated on promotions and events.
  • Evaluating candidates and developing a guest-centric team.
  • Working a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Supporting and enabling team members to deliver orders efficiently and accurately, following laws.
  • Demonstrating ethical conduct and compliance, and leading safety culture.
  • Creating a welcoming experience and engaging with guests to solve their needs.
  • Leading by thanking guests and promoting security and merchandise protection strategies.
  • Following all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Performing other duties as needed based on business needs.

    • Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast environment
