Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks a skilled Service Electrician in Michigan to join our team. You will manage various electrical tasks, troubleshoot problems, read blueprints, and perform conduit work.

This role involves travel and night/weekend work as needed to support retail clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of service/maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and move heavy objects while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service/maintenance experience in electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion of electrical tasks and maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and terminate devices.
• Perform quality control testing.
• Coordinate service upgrades for retail clients.

We’re searching for a talented and driven Service Electrician to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage the completion of various electrical tasks
• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Electrical break and repair
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
• Manage service upgrades for our new and existing retail clients
• Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years previous service/maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
