Job summary

Rogers Electric in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Electrician – Day-to-Day to support our customers with electrical tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs on sites across the Dallas area. You’ll read blueprints, run conduit, wire devices, and help keep our projects on schedule.

Candidates should have 5+ years of service/maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel, work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and install electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion of electrical tasks for service calls.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire devices.
• Perform QA testing and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate service upgrades for retail clients.
• Interface with store/facilities managers and maintenance teams.

Service Electrician – Day-to-Day

• Manage the completion of various electrical tasks
• Troubleshoot electrical issues
• Electrical break and repair
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
• Manage service upgrades for our new and existing retail clients
• Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous service/maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
