Job summary

Fish City Grill is seeking a bartender to deliver hospitality and top-tier service at the bar in a fast-paced setting. You will know beer, wine and liquor, and ensure accuracy in orders while engaging with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities include managing the bar, handling to-go orders, and verifying age for alcohol while maintaining a clean station and energy throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs bartending in F&B; or equivalent experience.
• Must meet state liquor age requirement.
• Free-pour to recipes; beer/wine/liquor knowledge.
• Strong reading/writing/math and communication.
• Professional interaction with customers and team.
• Multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and awesome service at the bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar top and station.
• Manage bar during shift as if own business.
• Verify customers are 21+ for alcohol.
• Take To Go orders and deliver promptly.
• Place accurate orders using the POS.
• Assist servers by running drinks to tables.
• Assist host by seating guests at the bar.
• Follow company policies and standards.
