Job summary

Fish City Grill Northwoods in San Antonio, TX is hiring a bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service and craft beverages to spec. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ bartending experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.
• Able to free-pour to recipe; extensive beer, wine and liquor knowledge.
• Good reading, writing, math and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality and awesome service in a fun, clean atmosphere.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and pride throughout the shift.
• Take and manage all drink orders; place orders using the POS system.
• Deliver beverages to tables with speed and accuracy.
• Adhere to responsible beverage service requirements and age verification.
• Assist other staff and support servers; help host seat customers.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary bar area; open, run, and close side work.
