Fish City Grill in Prosper, TX is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will manage bar operations, prepare beverages to specifications, and engage customers with warmth and knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.

Requirements include 1–3 years bartending experience, ability to free-pour to recipe, basic math, and strong communication. High school diploma preferred; must meet legal age for alcohol service and work well in a team.

Formación

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of bartending experience in Food & Beverage.
• Must be at least the minimum age required to serve alcohol per state law.
• Able to free-pour to recipe; extensive knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide every Customer with an awesome first, next and last great experience.
• Manage the bar during each shift as though it were your own business.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar top, storage areas, and service bar station.
• Adhere to a responsible beverage service requirements.
• Verify all Customers that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Take and manage all To Go orders.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.
• Assist Servers by running drinks to their tables.
• Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment at all times.
