Job summary

The Niello Company is seeking a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist to join the Buy Center team across our Sacramento-area dealerships. You will drive vehicle acquisitions, manage CRM tasks, and present offers to customers while maintaining CRM logs and daily follow-up.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll contribute to a high-performing team in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Driver's License.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Purchase a minimum of 15 vehicles per month.
• Appraise at least 20 cars per day.
• Utilize CRM for communication with customers as required.
• Maintain an average response time of 10 minutes or less.
• Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
• Engage with customers in the service drive and make all follow up/next day calls.
• Present offers to at least 10 people per day
• Process all required documentation to purchase a vehicle.
• Add purchased units into the store’s inventory using DMS.
• Maintain at least a 50% review to purchase ratio.
• Obtain at least 3 customer testimonials per month.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Develop relationships with guest and lead them through the acquisition process.
