The Niello Company in Sacramento is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to drive the Niello Buys Cars program, partnering with Service departments to grow vehicle acquisitions and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will manage CRM communications, meet aggressive monthly targets for vehicle purchases, and uphold company policies while maintaining professional appearance and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Sales license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Purchase a minimum of 15 vehicles per month.
• Appraise at least 20 cars per day.
• Utilize CRM for communication with customers and complete CRM tasks.
• Maintain an average response time of 10 minutes or less.
• Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
• Engage with guests in the service drive and guide them through the acquisition process.
