Responsibilities

• Maintain a physical presence on the service drive to ensure a high-quality appearance.
• Acknowledge and assist all vehicles with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Log all pick-up requests from advisors and cashiers as needed.
• Maintain steady traffic flow on the service drive; use cones for lane closures.
• Monitor porter return times to ensure quick, memorable guest experiences.
• Assign downtime duties such as sweeping, trash removal, lounge maintenance and cleaning.
• Rotate lunch breaks to keep the drive staffed effectively.
• Assist with supervising the service department to ensure vehicles are delivered as promised.
• Oversee and guide the porter team, providing training and support for high performance.
