Alliance Dealer Solutions is seeking a Service Porter for our automotive dealership partners in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will support the service drive, prep vehicles, move cars, and help keep the lot organized. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement and promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but is not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for service and greet customers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Move vehicles to front of service drive and to designated locations.
• Record spot numbers and secure keys properly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained while in our care.
• Deliver vehicles to customers with appropriate settings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep operations efficient.
