Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a physical presence on the service drive and ensure a high-quality appearance.
• Acknowledge and assist all vehicles with a friendly greeting.
• Log all pick-up requests from advisors and cashiers.
• Maintain traffic flow on the service drive; use cones for lane closures when needed.
• Monitor porter return times for timely guest pickups.
• Assign downtime duties such as cleaning and lounge upkeep.
• Rotate breaks to ensure drive is adequately staffed.
• Assist with supervising the service department to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Oversee and train the porter team to ensure high performance.
• Perform other duties as required for smooth dealership operations.
