You will support the service drive, prep vehicles, move cars, and help keep the lot organized. Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for service and greet customers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Move vehicles to front of service drive and to designated locations.
• Record spot numbers and secure keys properly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained while in our care.
• Deliver vehicles to customers with appropriate settings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep operations efficient.

A Service Porter is a "Jack of all trades" and is essential for maintaining an efficient and organized service drive. Demonstrating friendliness, a willingness to help, and practicing safe driving techniques are key to excelling in this role.ResponsibilitiesVehicle Preparation: Once the greeter has greeted the customer, prep the vehicle immediately to ensure a smooth workflow.Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles as far to the front of the service drive as possible to maintain an organized and clutter-free area. Key control is paramount.Vehicle Relocation: Move service vehicles to their designated locations, such as detail, service lot, shop, or tinting area.
