Responsibilities

• Work the BMW Service Drive and engage directly with service customers.
• Identify customers who are potential buyers or lease replacements.
• Generate sales opportunities from existing BMW customer database.
• Appraise trades and present vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Sell new and pre-owned BMWs.
• Develop long-term relationships with BMW owners.
• Follow up with service-drive prospects professionally.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Managers and Sales Team.
• Deliver high-level professionalism and customer experience.
