Job summary

Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking an energetic automotive salesperson to join our dealership team in Northfield, IL. You will work the BMW Service Drive, engage service customers, and identify buyers or lease replacements to generate sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes follow-up, professional presentation, and building long-term relationships with BMW owners while collaborating with Service Advisors and the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales and proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Work the BMW Service Drive and engage directly with service customers.
• Identify customers who are potential buyers or lease replacements.
• Generate sales opportunities from our existing BMW customer database.
• Appraise trades and present vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Sell new and pre-owned BMWs.
• Develop long-term relationships with BMW owners.
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with service-drive prospects.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers and the Sales Team.
• Deliver the level of professionalism and customer experience expected from BMW.
