Job summary

MB of Nashville, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service Greeter/Porter to help move service customer vehicles and maintain an orderly service parking area. You will greet customers, verify appointments, and support the Service team in smooth traffic flow.

The role focuses on customer service, vehicle handling, and parking lot safety, with responsibilities including securing loaners, reporting damages, and delivering key paperwork to Service Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude and directs them appropriately.
• Records customer details (name, VIN, tag, mileage, damage) and verifies appointments.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Drives vehicles to/from the service lane and parking lot; keeps the service drive clean and safe.
• Delivers keys and RO copies to Service Advisor after parking; maintains professional appearance.
