Vera Cadillac Buick GMC in New York seeks a polished, dependable Automotive Service Drive Greeter & Valet Team Lead to welcome customers and direct the flow of vehicles within the service drive. The role is hands-on and requires leading the valet team with strong hospitality standards.

The position oversees valet assignments, morning huddles, staging, and communications with service advisors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, hospitality, valet or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under dealership guidelines.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Starting at $21 per hour; full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Direct valet assignments and coverage; supervise valet team.
• Conduct morning huddles and communicate with service advisors about customers and vehicle locations.
• Monitor vehicle parking, retrieval, and staging; ensure orderly drive flow.
• Report vehicle damage, missing keys, customer complaints, accidents or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with training new employees and maintain clean, presentable drive and valet areas.
