Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a polished, dependable leader to serve as Automotive Service Drive Greeter & Valet Team Lead. The role greets customers, connects them with the right service advisor, and guides the valet team to maintain smooth vehicle flow on the drive.

This hands-on leadership position requires strong hospitality standards and frontline supervision. Responsibilities include directing valet coverage, conducting morning huddles, coordinating vehicle staging, and communicating

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership, hospitality, valet, concierge, or customer-facing leadership role is preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable under dealership guidelines are required.
• Must be comfortable operating vehicles including large trucks and SUVs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct valet assignments and coverage; conduct morning huddles; monitor vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Maintain key control; coordinate completed vehicle staging; communicate with service advisors about customers, locations, delays, and requests.
• Monitor valet attendance, punctuality, appearance, break coverage, and professional conduct; assist with training new employees; maintain drive/valet station appearance; report damages or safety concerns.
