Job summary

Audi Ontario seeks an upbeat Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for customers and to help create a welcoming, efficient service drive experience. This role requires a friendly, proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customers feel valued.

Primary duties include greeting guests, coordinating with Service Advisors, assisting with valet and shuttle services, and preparing vehicles for pickup.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive on the service drive, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with the valet process, including moving, tagging, and organizing customer vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery, ensuring they are ready, clean, and in the correct location.
• Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership.
• Perform dealership opening duties, including ensuring the customer lounge is clean, presentable, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and other amenities.
• Manage inventory and place orders for coffee, snacks, and lounge supplies.
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
