Job summary

Casey Auto Group in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a full-time Service Greeter/Porter to be the friendly first contact in the service drive. You will greet customers, escort them to their Service Advisor, and assist Service Advisors with various tasks while ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented for service.

This role requires physical mobility, 40+ hours weekly, shifts 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Be prepared for extensive walking, kneeling, and bending in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and escort them to their Service Advisor.
• Assist Service Advisors with various tasks.
• Dress vehicles for service (steering wheel, seat, and floor covers).
• Perform initial vehicle checks, including testing batteries and topping off fluid levels.
• Attach key tags to vehicles.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery—check tire pressure and fluids, wash and sanitize.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appealing appearance of the service lane, surrounding areas, and parking lots.
