Casey Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Greeter/Porter to join our team. This fast-paced role places you on the service drive as the friendly first contact for customers, guiding them to the Service Advisor and supporting the advisors in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include vehicle prep, wiring and tag duties, safe vehicle movement, and ensuring service bays and lots remain clean and organized. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer with an upbeat attitude and escort them to their assigned Service Advisor.
• Assist Service Advisors with various tasks.
• Dress vehicles for service (steering wheel, seat, and floor covers).
• Perform initial vehicle checks, including testing batteries and topping off fluid levels.
• Attach key tags to vehicles.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery—check tire pressure and fluids, ensure vehicles are washed, vacuumed, and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the service lane, surrounding areas, and parking lots.
