Job summary

Pacific BMW is hiring a BMW Concierge Genius for the Service Drive in Glendale, CA. This full-time, hourly position assists clients with questions and BMW technology, delivering a premium customer experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role requires tech-savvy communication, attention to detail, and dependable service. Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–6pm and Saturday 8am–4pm, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Armenian language is preferred but not required.
• Dealership service/porting experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with BMW technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet visitors entering the Service drive with enthusiasm.
• Personalize the dealership experience and set clear next steps for customers.
• Use available technology to maintain contacts and update records.
• Train for BMW Genius Certification and complete quarterly trainings.
• Understand the service process and hand off customers to the right sub-departments.
