Job summary

Willis Automotive Group in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Service Misc full-time associate to greet customers and maintain a clear service drive. Under the Service Manager, you will perform duties to meet Willis Automotive’s standards and policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma/equivalent (preferred), a valid driving record, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent preferred.
• Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner.
• Prep and check in all customer vehicles.
• Assist with re-delivery of customer vehicle.
• Check loaner car for any items that customer may leave behind.
• Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive.
• Keep service drive clear of debris.
• Assist customers in delivering and fueling vehicles.
• Assist with checking in and out loaner vehicles when Concierge, is unavailable.
• Assist the Service team with test driving vehicles, if needed.
