Job summary

Kahlig Auto Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking motivated individuals for a customer service focused role on our service drive. You will greet clients, escort them to the right person, and assist with vehicle movements.

This position involves parking cars, retrieving vehicles, installing license plates, and basic maintenance tasks while upholding dealership policies. A driver’s license and insurability are required.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and escorts them to the appropriate team member.
• Parks cars in designated areas.
• Retrieves cars for clients.
• Finds and installs license plates.
• Replaces vehicle bulbs.
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager if client is waiting.
• Keeps service drive clear of vehicles.
• Maintains dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars.
• Assists techs in moving operable and inoperable vehicles.
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles.
• Assists with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris.
• Assists in loaner vehicle check-in, and makes sure they are clean and full of gas.
• Assists in cleaning the shop.
