Job summary

Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to be the voice and face of the dealership in South Texas. A friendly, professional appearance and strong reliability are essential, with potential for long-term growth within our family-friendly organization.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, routing inquiries, handling clerical tasks, updating directories, and supporting vehicle status updates with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; equivalently trained candidates considered.
• Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
• Update telephone directory
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate
• Attend department meetings
