Ford Spring Hill in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Service Drive Concierge to bridge customers between service and sales. Competitive base pay with commission and bonuses; total first-year earnings $50K-$65K.

As a liaison, you will reduce wait times, coordinate during peak hours, assist a used car buying team, and help upsell through loyalty software; previous sales experience is a plus.

As a Service Drive Concierge, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our sales departments to help identify additional services for our clients based upon their individual needs.

We will rely on you to help in the following ways:

• Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guests, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
• Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
• Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
• Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes
