Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a Service Drive Acquisition Manager to greet customers, build rapport, and educate them on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition options while delivering a friendly, customer-first experience in a fast-paced service drive.

You will identify high-value opportunities, present effective solutions, coordinate with sales and service teams, and help move interested customers smoothly into the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions.
• Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes.
• Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in hospitality, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial services, or insurance are highly encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will present a professional appearance and bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
