Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a Service Drive Acquisition Manager to greet customers, build rapport, and educate them on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition options while delivering a friendly, customer-first experience in a fast-paced service drive.

You will identify high-value opportunities, present effective solutions, coordinate with sales and service teams, and help move interested customers smoothly into the sales process.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive service, sales, or customer relations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and present effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers in the service drive to build rapport and trust.
• Educate customers on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition opportunities.
• Identify customers with high-value trade-ins or expiring warranties.
• Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions.
• Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes.
• Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management.
