Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is seeking a Service Dispatcher / Internal Service Advisor to help run the Service department smoothly. You will analyze the day’s schedule, assign repairs to technicians, and coordinate with team members to maximize efficiency.

The role focuses on internal customers—our technicians—with emphasis on integrity and transparent communication. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5pm; Pay is based on experience with salary plus commission, and opportunities for

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You play a critical part in ensuring that our Service department runs smoothly. You analyze the day's schedule and see what types of vehicles and their respective repairs are on the docket. In this position, you do not frequently interact with external clients of the dealership - rather, your customers are our employees, the Service Technicians. They count on you to distribute work appropriately and efficiently.
