Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive repair operations and shop flow.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and dealership management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
